Over 160 people attended the event and 15 Clubs as well as CBYCA were represented. Steve Wexler was Master of Ceremonies and had a few comments on the recent political events.
Both Steves worked hard that night, making last minute changes and addtions to the schedule.
And, there was always money to count and checks to write to make the event happen.
Command of PRYCA was officially passed from IPC Bud Clark to Commodore Steve Donock.
Harriet Douglas was recognized for all her hard work as PRYCA Treasurer.
Ineke Lavoie and Harriet Douglas were presented with Honorary Captain Awards for their past service to PRYCA as Secretary and Treasurer
Rick and Debbie Zimmerman were presented the Meritorious Service Award for their work in support of the PRYCA Float-In and the End of Summer Party
PRYCA Newsletter Editor Ned Rhodes and his wife Arleen were there
Occoquan Yacht Club Commodore Teresa and Boat Driver Rick Sorrenti were also there
Rear Commodore Monica and Boat Driver Henry Lovell were there
And Henry was just really excited to be out in public
After a short memorial service honoring those who could not attend…

And went on through the night
